A Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o garante a todos o direito \u00e0 vida, \u00e0 liberdade, \u00e0 igualdade e \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a. O objetivo do Pr\u00eamio \u00e9 justamente defender que estes direitos sejam respeitados.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o quatro categorias: Trabalhos dos Magistrados, Reportagens Jornal\u00edsticas, Pr\u00e1ticas Human\u00edsticas e Trabalhos Acad\u00eamicos.
